Freelancers who offer digital payments get paid faster and more often than those who don't. However, digital payments come with some small fees.
Card Payments
A standard fee on card payments is right around 2.9% + $0.30. You will encounter this fee no matter who facilitates your digital card payments. All sorts of card payments fall into this category, including credit, debit, Google/Apple Pay, Klarna, and more. Our fee is the same, or lower, than each of our largest competitors, including Honeybook, QuickBooks, and PayPal.
ACH Payments
A standard fee on ACH Bank Transfer payments is between .8% and 1.5%, and typically maxes out between $5 and $10 per payment. Again, this is an unavoidable fee, no matter who you use to facilitate your ACH payments. At 1% for ACH payments, we are cheaper than each of our largest competitors, including Honeybook, Bonsai, and Dubsado.
